Tasks Overview
Tasks Overview provides an overview of Projected and Actual dates for all of the Tasks in a selected WorkPlan.

Each Task is its own row.
Grouped by Workplan Instance
Every detail about each Task can be shown in the grid.
One Row per Workplan Instance
Pick Tasks as columns in the grid
Each Column is subdivided to show all Task Date Pairs for that Workplan’s for that Task.
Users may 'Pin' features by using the ellipsis menu.
View and Filter Options
To open View Options/Filter click the drop-down located in the Task Overview Header. Refer to the documentation for using Views and Filters for more detailed information.
Filter by Task Date
Filtering by WorkPlan Task Dates (Baseline, Projected, Promised, Actual, Early, Late, and Configured Date Pairs) is available on the Filter Options.
Gantt Chart - Critical Paths
There is a date selector on Task View Options on a "Gantt Dates" section. It allows you to choose which date to use for calculating a critical path.
Critical Tasks are hatched with white color, critical links are shown in red.

Using Task Date Color Legend
The Projected Dates are color-coded for you to quickly and easily see the progression of the displayed WorkPlans. To see the Color Legend, click the ‘task Date Color Lagend’ Icon.

Accessing Rules
Depending on your system configuration and your user permissions, you may be able to run Rules to perform specific Tasks. To access the Rules, click the ‘Rules’ Icon.
Exporting Task Details
You can easily export the data displayed in the rows of the Task Details Application Grid to a CSV file or directly to XLS by clicking the ‘Export’ Icon.
Showing Vizion Link Text of the Grid
You can show the Vizion Link (SQL) that was executed to pull the data for the grid by clicking the ‘Vizion Link’ Icon.
Editing WorkPlan Details
The "Info" button was added for the "WorkPlan Name" field. It opens the WorkPlan details form.
