Task Key

Added new tab - Task Key - at the Form Button Rule form opened from the Trackor Browser page. The new tab displays only one rule - Mass Assign

Mass Assign Rule form opened from the Task Key allows users to select the WP Task column. The column is split into two selector items for Start and Finish dates with "... (Start)" and "... (Finish)" suffix respectively.

The Value Type selector has been added at the Mass Assign form and is displayed when the user opens the Mass Assign rule form from the Task Key tab and selects any WP Task column. The Value Type selector includes two values - Date Value and Date Offset. If Date Value is selected, a field to set a single date value will be displayed - it looks like a Date config field data type.

If Date Offset is selected, two fields will be displayed - first with offset direction and second field with an offset value.

If WP Task with an actual date is selected and the user enters a date value more than today the user will see a warning message that the user cannot put such value upon clicking the OK button.

Form button rules skip all Tasks marked as N/A - fields/properties of Tasks marked as N/A are not ever updated by form button rules. For example, a Form Button Rule may not be used to Un-N/A a Task or Tasks.

Removing N/A from a Task or Tasks may be accomplished as follows:

  1. In the grid by changing one Task and then using Copy or Copy to All for additional Tasks.

  2. An import may be used to change N/A status.

  3. A Rule can be implemented that makes the desired changes to the Task regardless of N/A status.
