Admin Error Translation
Many errors that can happen in the Vizion Platform are planned for (are “expected”) in that the system is set up to display a user-friendly message when they occur.
The Admin Error Translation page enables Administrators to view Error Messages and their translations (user-friendly text) and to make any necessary changes to the translation and/or translation label. In the above example [10000] is the label ID and Config Field with the entered name already exists. Please enter a different name. is the Error Translation.
Using the Admin Error Translation Page
Access the Admin Error Translation page by navigating to Admin Center > Localization > Admin Error Translation.
Use the Quick Search to find a specific error.
Editing a Translation and its Labels
On the Admin Error Translation page, click the Error ID or select the error record and click Edit.
An Error Message window opens.
The Administrator can update the translation text. If any of the labels in other languages need an update, click the label hyperlink and make changes in the Edit Label - General form. Click OK.
