System Images
The System Images page contains the image files available to be used as icons within the OneVizion® platform. This page allows users to add new images or delete any images that are currently not to be used.
System Images
Users may 'Pin' features to their command bar by using the ellipsis menu.
Adding Images
Clients may have images that are specific to their company. Administrators can add a new client file to the system by clicking the Add icon.
Add File Applet
Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
File ID | System generated ID will be assigned when the client file is created. |
File Group* | Contains the list of file groups available for the client file (e.g., app button icon, logo, other, training material). |
File Name* | Enables browsing local computer to select a file to use. |
Editing Images
Administrators may select a different file name (e.g., ico, png, or gif) when needed. To edit a client file click the Edit icon.

Deleting Images
To delete a client file select the grid row of the file and click the Delete icon.
Deleting a client file will permanently remove it from the OneVizion system.

Export Image Files
To export files click on the icon. For detailed instruction on Exporting Files refer to the Exporting Trackor Record Data documentation.
Bulk File Uploading
If it is necessary to upload more than one(1) file to the OneVizion system, click on the icon.

Field Name | Field Description |

File Group* | Contains the list of file groups available for assigning the bulk files. |
If File Exists | Allows user to either overwrite or skip a file if it already exists in the OneVizion system. |
| Enables user to browse their computer for the bulk files. |
| Allows user to remove one or more files from the upload. |
