Administer Programs (Multi-Tenant)

The OneVizion® platform allows our clients the ability to implement Multiple Tenants within one instance of OneVizion. For instance, a user may require access to more than one program. In the example below, multiple programs have been set up by the administrator.

Administer Programs

Use the dropdown menu to view the Programs that are available.

The administrator must be given access to “progadmin” by OneVizion in order to set up programs.

The "Administer Programs" page has been made the default page for all new "Program Admin" users

Users will not be able to log in to a disabled program.

Adding a Program

Click on the Add Icon,  , to add a program. The following applet will open.

General Tab

Save and switch to new program redirects to the newly created program when submit is finished and form is closed.

When copying configuration from another program, the account that is set up on the General Info tab ("Program Administrator ") will be assigned to the all sec roles created in the new program. When creating an empty program, creates default sec role and assigns to "Program Administrator".
