Processes

The administrator can access all information relating to processes in OneVizion® for all users.

Processes Page

Process Files are available to download for Imports and Reports.

Cloning and editing are not available when the process has already been executed.

Interrupt Processes

Administrators can interrupt a process by clicking the checkbox next to the Process Id and then selecting Interrupt Processes from the Command Bar or ellipsis dropdown. This will stop the process from running and is useful when a process is started perhaps with the wrong file or is regularly scheduled but should not be processed at this time.

Rule Process Types cannot be interrupted.

The "Refresh" column displays the report's rate of recurrence ("Run Once", "Daily", "Monday", etc.) and only contains values for the "Report" process type.

Filtering for Processes

The Filter applet provides multiple options to filter for processes (e.g., process type, user, status, submitted date, and time). The Filter Applet is displayed below.
