System/Tenant/Tasks Labels
Vizion Platform labels are used to control the displayed text in the platform. Nearly everywhere text is displayed, a label is used to dictate that text (e.g., "Application Grid", "Field names"). Labels are completely configurable and support multiple languages. Each Label has a Label identification number stored in the database that corresponds to the Label text and location where that Label is displayed. All the Labels in the system can be accessed from one of the below pages: Tenant Labels, System Labels, Task Labels
System Labels Page
System Labels page can be accessed from Admin Center→ System Administration → Labels → System Labels
Tenant Labels Page
Tenant Labels page can be accessed from Admin Center→ System Administration → Labels → Tenant Labels
Task Labels Page
Task Labels page can be accessed from Admin Center→ System Administration → Labels → Task Labels
Views & Filter
Views can be used to add/remove available Languages (listed in Localization→Languages). Filters can be used for filtering specific Labels in the grid.

Editing a Label
To edit a Label highlight it in the Application Grid and clicking the Edit button. Labels for all Languages selected in 'View' can be edited from this form.
Replacing Text
To do a bulk find and replace in Labels, click on the Replace Text button, and enter the term to be replaced.
Adding or Editing a Label When Not on the Label Editor Page
Throughout the system, users may be required to assign a Label to a particular field. Users may either create a new Label or change an existing one. The process to create or change a new Label is the same regardless of which Application Page. Users may add or change a Label when not on one of the Labels pages by typing in the desired Label into the Label field on the Applet on which the user is working. The Label field also has a set of parentheses containing a pound symbol or a hyperlinked number. If there is not already a Label, there will be a pound symbol. If there is already a Label, there will be a hyperlink.
Labels with negative IDs are created using the process of assigning a label to a field as described above. Labels with positive IDs were created by OneVizion administrators.
Exporting List of Labels
To export click on the Export button. For detailed instruction on Exporting refer to the Exporting Trackor Record Data documentation.
