Audit Log
The Audit Log page enables the Administrator to see what changes users have made to data in a OneVizion Platform System through the application pages and the import function. With this page, Administrators have the ability to recover deleted Trackors®, view a History Log of recovered items, and export Audit Log data to a CSV or Excel file.

Use the Recover feature on the Audit Log page to undo the deletion of specific Trackor records. For example, if a user mistakenly deletes a Trackor record, filter to that row on the Audit Log page, check the checkbox on the row displaying the deletion, and click Recover on the Command Bar or ellipsis menu.
The "Recover" button is available if you have "E" priv on AUDIT_LOG Security Group.
Make selections for:
Name collisions occur when you recover an object (for example Trackor record) and another object with the same name (Trackor Key in this example) already exists. If you check to automatically resolve name collisions, the system adds a "#" suffix to the name (Trackor Key).
A “Recovering is in progress” window opens with a running timer, and the Recovery Log applet appears within that window once the recovery process is complete.
The now recovered Trackor record displays on its Trackor Browser page tagged as “New.”
Viewing the Recovery History
To view the Recover History for an item highlight it in the Audit Log and click Recovery History in the Command bar or ellipsis menu.
