Trackor Browser
The Trackor Browser is a collection of Application Pages that display data records, known as Trackors, in a grid-like fashion. The Trackors shown are dependent on the selected Trackor Type from the Trackor Browser, as well as any Views and/or Trackor Browser Filters.
The Trackor Browser can be located via the Menu Application by using the Search Box, or by clicking on the Info Center Menu icon
Once found in the Menu Application, click the Show Trackor Type Tree Icon, to open the current Trackor Type Tree to the right of the Menu Application.
Click on the desired Trackor Type from Trackor Type Tree to open the specific Trackor Browser Application Page.
The Trackor Type "Case" is selected from the Trackor Browser
Type the Trackor Type name in the Trackor Type Tree's Search Box to dynamically filter results; the Trackor Types that cannot be selected are dimmed.
The Header and the Command Bar
Every Trackor Browser Application Page contains a Header Section and a Command Bar. The Header-icons are used mainly to control displayed Trackor Record data, whereas the Command Bar icons are used to manipulate it.

A dedicated icon is now displayed on the top panel when the system is in limited access mode.
Grouped Buttons
There are 2 Groups of Buttons: Grouped under Edit(Applets) and Ellipsis (Buttons)
Edit Group includes all system and custom applet icons
Ellipsis Group includes Buttons for Run Export, Export History, Show SQL, Rules, Grid Stats, Bulk File Upload, Add, Edit Grid Row, Delete
Pinning Buttons
Use the Ellipsis to execute the following:
Pointing mouse on a menu item will display the 3 dots, clicking on it will give the ‘Pin’ option to pin the menu item
Menus already pinned will have a pin image at the end of the item
The pinned buttons/applets are stored in the Database for each Grid at the user level
Once the user customizes the buttons/applets for a Grid, it will be available across all devices and browsers for the user login
Menu options that are not available for a Grid will not be shown (for e.g. Clone, Tasks, Workflow, etc.)
Users can pin up to 5 buttons in each Group (Edit/Ellipsis)
Users can unpin button by clicking on 3 dots at the end of a pinned item and selecting ‘Unpin’ (see screenshot)
The feature applies to all Grids (User Trackor Browser and Admin Pages)
Admin Pages – menu options will vary based on the respective page. But steps to pin menu options remain the same
Button Background Color (see screenshot)
Solid/Dark for buttons that cannot be removed (Edit)
Lighter shade for buttons that perform Row-level operations (Add, Clone, Edit Grid Row, Delete)
No background color for buttons that perform page level operations (Show SQL, Run Export, Export History, Rules, Grid Stats, Bulk File Upload)

Configuring Views and Filters in Trackor Browser
Views and Filters can now be created/updated within a single applet. To open the applet click on the arrow icon.
To make edits to the View and Filter use the Edit command.
Fields, Task Dates and Drill Down fields can be added to the view columns on the right. If tasks or drill down fields are not configured for this type the button will disappear.
If the field list grows to greater than 3000, then it will ask for the user to choose a Trackor Type first.

Trackor Chat Icon in the Grid View
This new feature adds the capability to show a Chat Icon beside the Trackor ID in a Grid view. This feature will enable the user to quickly identify Trackors that have an unread chat message.
If the selected Trackor has an unread chat message, the Chat Icon will be red. If the selected Trackor has read messages, the Chat Icon will match the Current Skin Color. The System Parameter "Current Skin" controls the skin color option.
In the example below, the Red Chat Icon represents a Trackor with an unread Chat Message. The Grey Chat Icon represents a Trackor with a read message.
Individual users may turn this feature on in their User Settings by checking the “Display Chat Status Icon in Grid” checkbox.
Administrators may set the default value by enabling the Program Parameter “UserDefaultShowChatStatusIconsInGrid”.
