Users will see an empty grid when "My Tasks" is checked and there is no Trackor assigned to the user's account.
Users may 'Pin' features to their command bar by using the ellipsis menu
Grouping WorkPlan Name and Trackor Type
Task Grid is grouped by WorkPlan Name and Primary Trackor. Trackor Key is clickable and will open the Trackor Edit form.
Group By Drop-Down
We have added the Group By drop-down list in the View Options for the Tasks View page. This dropdown contains only two items including Select column for grouping which ungroups the Grid andWP: Workplan Name which groups by Workplan Name and is always presented whether it is in the list of
selected columns or not.
Use "NATaskBgColor" for NA'ed tasks in Task View grid
NA'ed tasks in Task View are now highlighted with "NATaskBgColor" like on other pages. Task Color Legend form is also updated.
When a user applies N/A to a task, the link shows between the indirect active Tasks on the Gantt chart.
Using Task Date Color Legend
The Projected Dates are color-coded for you to quickly and easily see the progression of the displayed WorkPlans. To see the Color Legend, click the ‘Task Date Color Legend’ Icon.

Copy to All or a Range
We have added support for Copy to All/Range functionality on the Tasks View page for fields of Task. Users may now copy the cell values to either a range of rows or copy the value to all rows.
Previously, this feature was only available on the Trackor Browser and Mapping pages.
To copy to a range of rows select the range of rows to be populated then select Copy to All.
To copy to all rows within the grid simply select Copy to All.
Gantt Charts
Users may now access Gantt Charts when on the Task Details/View page.
Gantt Chart:
Selecting Dates in View Options, Gantt Dates tab will result in 2 frames – one for Tasks and one for Gantt Chart
The vertical bar between the Tasks grid and Gantt Chart can be dragged to change the size of each of the frames
The color legend for the Gantt chart will reflect the color legend for Tasks.
The Name of the task is displayed on the task line on the left.
Each row in the Tasks grid will correspond to a row in Gantt chart
Vertical scrolling will be synchronized for both frames. Currently, there is a known issue with the height of Task frame rows not matching the Gantt chart rows when the fields have wrapped texts.
Horizontal scrolls will appear as needed for the individual frames
Hovering over a Date in Gantt Chart will show details of the Date Pair
The diamonds represent milestones (zero duration tasks or milestone tasks)
Date scale is auto-adjusted
From the View Options, choose the Gantt Chart tab. Select which dates you would like to view on the chart.
On the Gantt Chart, tasks with a non-milestone type and a duration of zero now have a fixed width and are displayed in the form of a square at any scale.
In the example below, we have selected to show 2 date pairs and 1 WorkPlan.
In the example below, we are showing 1 date pair for 1 WorkPlan.
In the example below, we are showing 2 date pairs.
In the example below, we are showing the "hint" that appears when the user hovers over a date pair.
Users are able to switch the values day, week, month, and year by using the on the left. The switch is displayed only if the page displays a Gantt Chart. After clicking the left mouse button on the value of the switch, the time scale of the Gantt chart changes. The initial value of the switch is determined by the algorithm used previously.
Gantt Chart header will be displayed in two lines, there are 4 Scaling levels now:
1) Weeks -> Days
2) Months -> Weeks
3) Years - > Month
4) Years only
Controls over the edges of the horizontal scrollbar of the Gantt Chart on Tasks View page are now enabled and can be used to adjust the horizontal scale.
Adjusting scale via scrollbar can also switch scale units along with column sizes.
Users are able to open the Task Edit Form by clicking on the task line.
Minimap is shown after hovering over the horizontal scroll of the Gantt Chart.
