General Questions

What do I do if I have forgotten my User ID / Password?

  • There are 2 ways to recover your password.
  • 1- From the login screen click on the "Forgot my password" link and we will send an email with a reset link.
  • 2- If you have forgotten your User ID you will need to contact your administrator. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” Your password will be reset to an automatically generated value and sent to your email address.

How do Filters work?

  • Filters enable you to select the rows of data displayed in the application grid based on certain criteria.

How do View Options work?

  • View Options enable you to control the columns of data displayed as well as the way the data is displayed.

Is a quick search available?

  • You can use the Quick Search feature to quickly search through the fields currently displayed in the application grid. To use the Quick Search feature, choose the column you want to search through in the Quick Search drop-down box. Then, enter the value of the column for which you want to search. When you have filled out the Quick Search drop-down box and text field, click the Quick Search icon.

  • The Trackor® Browser page is used to display selected Trackor data in spreadsheet fashion in the application grid.

What is a Trackor Tree?

What is a Trackor Type?

  • Trackor® Types are primary containers for organizing Configured Fields into a logical grouping to represent a business process or object.


How do I navigate to the Trackor® Browser page of a child or parent Trackor Type?

  • You can access the parent and child Trackors by clicking the arrow in the Relations  box. Parents are displayed at the top of the list above the line delimiter, while children are displayed at the bottom below the line delimiter.

Why I am not able to see all menu applications?

  • Your ability to view and edit data on these application pages is determined by your user permissions.
 

Can I recover data if I have uploaded incorrect information?

  • The Recover function will enable you to change a field back to a previous value and also follows the Call Stack process. For example, if you have uploaded several versions of a PDF file to an E-File field, you can use the Recover function to restore the field to a previous version of the E-File.

How do I create a Configured Field?

To Create a Field:

You should lay out the design manually to design the look and feel of the applet. To create this mock-up, you need to make some decisions about the configured applet, including:

  1. What information do you want to collect?
  2. What tab names will you need?
  3. What label and field names will you need? (You should create a list with the associated properties.)
  4. What icon will you need to access the applet?
  5. Where do you want the newly configured applet to be located in the system?

What are tabs and how do I define tabs?

Tabs

  • Tabs are where the fields are collected and displayed. They are used to organize the fields of a Trackor into similar types of information.

How do I define applets?

  • Applets are where the tabs of a Trackor Type are collected and displayed. They are used to organize tabs into groups of similar information.

What is a configured V_Table?

  • Validation Tables (V_Tables) in the system are tables that contain a predetermined list of values that are used for drop-down and selector type fields.

How do I configure external applets?

  • External Applets are where the tabs of a Trackor type can be collected and displayed and must be associated with a Trackor type. Use the filter options to go to the Trackor type to which you want to add an external applet.

How do I configure external tabs?

  • External Tabs are where similar information is grouped together and must be associated with a Trackor type. Use the filter options to go to the Trackor type to which you want to add an external tab.

What is an Audit Log?

  • The Audit Log enables the system administrator to see what changes users have made in the OneVizion® System. Specifically, you can view a history of changes made to Tasks and WorkPlans.

What is DropGrid®?

  • DropGrid is a time-saving tool designed to import data directly into OneVizion from your spreadsheets. This process reads the spreadsheet and creates the configurations based on the Excel content.

How do I create a Public Map?

  • A Public Map is a link that can be shared internally or externally with individuals who may not be users of the OneVizion system. Public Maps can be created by selecting the Public Map checkbox when using DropGrid or by manually adding. In order to create a Public Map, the administrator will need to set the Views and Filters in the Mapping application.

Is there a research tool to allow users to locate any E-Files within a Trackor?

  • The E-File Browser page enables you to see all electronic files (E-Files) in one OneVizion page from a selected Trackor Type in the Trackor Tree.

How do I access specific task details?

  • The Tasks Details page allows you to access specific Task details of existing WorkPlans. You can highlight grid rows that have been modified within a period of time or by one or more users. The dates are color-coded to reflect on how the WorkPlan is progressing. You can also access Rules and export Task details.

How can I see all of the Projected Dates in a selected WorkPlan?

  • The Tasks Summary page provides a quick and succinct overview of Projected (Finish) Dates for all of the Tasks in the selected WorkPlans.

Can I import my own data into the OneVizion platform?

  • The Import Data function enables you to quickly and easily capture data stored outside of the system and import that data into OneVizion. The process takes unstructured information and places it in a structured database. Users may also use DropGrid to import their data. DropGrid is a time-saving tool designed to import data directly into OneVizion from your spreadsheets.

Can I set up Mapping within OneVizion?

  • The OneVizion platform uses configured fields that record latitude and longitude. When these fields are set up for one or more Trackors, you can plot multiple Trackors (such as sites and candidates) on a Google map. You use the view options and filter parameters to select the data elements to be displayed on the Mapping Page. Once configured, you can save the settings to a local or global view option or filter.

What is a Trackor Tour and how do I access them?

  • Trackor Tours can be useful for users to better understand each page within OneVizion.

Can I add pages to a favorite grouping?

  • The Add Page to Favorites feature of the OneVizion system enables you to save and easily access an application page with specific saved view options and filters.

Can I share a page link with others?

  • You can use the Share Page Link applet to send the shareable link to another user or you can copy the link and send it via email or messenger.

Where can I see the latest release notes?

If I use the OneVizion Mobile Android App over an unsecured Wi-Fi connection, such as at a hotel or coffee shop, are my user credentials secure?

  • Your username and password are stored on your mobile device using Android OS level security. If you login to a site that supports the HTTPS: connection, your username, password, and all request data will be encrypted and will be transmitted over a secure connection. All of our “customer.onevizion.com” platform sites support HTTPS: connections.
