Trackor® Tours are step-by-step tutorials for specific Application Page functionality. If Trackor Tours are available on the current Application Page, it will be listed in the Trackor Tours drop-down menu. If there is a process for which a user would like a Trackor Tour they will need to should contact their System Administrator.

Accessing Trackor Tours Shortcut and Drop-Down

Users will need to allow "Pop-Ups" to view Tour Applets.

Beginning a Tour

To access the Trackor Tours for an Application Page select the desired Trackor Tour below the Trackor Tour Heading.

The first step of the process will be explained through a pop-up either pointing at it or placed nearby. For each step, users are given the option of continuing on to the next step, returning to the previous step or ending the Trackor Tour.

The tour will allow the user to update information while viewing the steps.
