Using The OneVizion Menu
Menu Applications are used to simplify the OneVizion® interface for different types of users (e.g., Developer, Administrator, General User). Menu Applications are assigned to users by the system administrator. In the upper-left corner of every Application Page is the Menu Application Icon, which when clicked will reveal the Application Pages and the Menu Groups, that are available based on user permissions/system configurations.

The Share Page Link feature enables a user to share Application Pages with other OneVizion users. To access the Share Page applet, click on the Share page icon,
in the upper-left section of the page. Users may also copy the link and share it directly with a user or send it via email.

Add Application Pages to Favorites. The Favorites Applet will open with the default values of the page that is being added to Favorites.

Users can easily export the data displayed in the Trackor Browser Grid to a .CSV or an XLS, as well as export E-Files.

Views are used to establish the columns that will be shown on the trackor browser grid.

Admins may configure View Options to meet the user’s specific needs.
